• Welcome to visitors and new members. Steve's sister LaVaughn Hengst is visiting from Germany.
• Thanks to Brian for all his work as president and helping Steve get going as the new president.

• Kim went over the photo challenges: First is "10 of 1" due by Dec 29th.

Fundamentals
 Slideshow led, group discussion of image evaluation. Looking into how we can improve our judging comments. A couple thoughts:
 - Too much focus on the negative.
 - Try to focus more on the story conveyed by the image. Find the good things that make the story work.

Main Program
Guest speaker Roger Grant discussed his thoughts from being a judge, his own history in photography, photo restoration, drone photography, and more.
