Looks like an ink drawing; the composition is interesting with the center holding the eye; not enough detail
Maker's notes:
I see a slim necked mannequin or elegant model. Hair is coiffed, collar is crisp and necklace is unique.The image was created using the"Mirror Lab" app.
The app allows for editing and creating. I chose a matrix using only black and white for the color. Several categories in the app were utilized (Torus, Cropping, Zooming, Droplets, Torus Sphere and Torus 3D, etc.)
